About the Course

This qualification provides a pathway to work in any sector of the hospitality industry as a departmental or small business manager. The diversity of employers includes restaurants, hotels, motels, catering operations, clubs, pubs and cafes.

Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification.
Although it is strongly recommended that individuals undertake lower level qualifications, and/or gain industry experience prior to entering SIT50313 Diploma of Hospitality. However this is not mandatory.


Qualification Requirements

To successfully complete this qualification, you are required to complete 13 core units 15 elective units. 288 hours of work experience hours need to be completed – it is recommended that you are currently employed in hospitality when completing this course.
