About the Course

A Diploma of Leadership & Management gives participants the practical skills and business training required to manage and motivate a team of employees, ensure the companies goals are achieved, and provide effective leadership across an organisation.


Entry Requirements

Students are required to have a sound proficiency in English. Lanuage, Literacy & numeracy (LLN)

ASTAR Training Institute may conduct a LLN (Language, Literacy & Numeracy) Test and then determine whether the student is deemed competent.


Assessments

This course is delivered through distance education and Workplace assessments. The course also includes a number of workshops spread out through the duration of the course.


Qualification Requirements

To successfully complete this qualification, you require eight (8) units of competence. These eight units include no core units which are compulsory and eight elective units that can be selected from a broad range of units available within the business Services Training Package. Based on the course purpose, ASTAR Training Institute has selected the units.
